AutoRota is a product of Sieyla Enterprises LLC, a New Jersey software company. We build and operate the AutoRota application — the Aviation Ops Suite — for aviation units: scheduling, overtime call-outs, mission and flight records, safety reporting, aircraft status and crew management, delivered as a web application for phone, tablet and desktop.
AutoRota is provided to organizations under agreement. Accounts are issued by the organization to its own personnel; there is no public sign-up.
AutoRota sends operational text messages and automated phone calls — overtime offers, schedule changes and safety notices — only to personnel who have opted in inside the application. On their own profile, under Notifications, a user enters or confirms their mobile number and ticks an unchecked box that reads: “Yes, send me text messages and automated calls from AutoRota about overtime offers, schedule changes and safety notices at [their number].” Consent is recorded with the date and the number it was given for.
Message frequency varies with operational activity, typically fewer than ten a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, HELP for help. Consent can also be withdrawn at any time inside the application. Mobile numbers and consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
